Our house has a veritable Rosetta Stone's worth of Harry Potter books. The latest edition is the first book in Russian, and it joins the ones we already have in English (US and UK), Spanish, German and Latin, reflecting the various languages of interest thus far and our family's deep affection for the books. The Russian version is completely beyond me, given the different alphabet, but my 16 year old is eagerly diving into it.

I wonder what is next. Arabic, perhaps, or Chinese?

You need the Ancient Greek edition to really complete the set =)

Ironically, my son knows Ancient Greek, but the cheapest price for a used copy via Amazon is $73, and that's a bit rich for my blood. Still, I'll keep my eyes open.
