Why would GeniiSoft.com be down for some and not for others?

Have the customer do an nslookup on geniisoft.com. (include the period at the end!) Do the same thing yourself and compare results. Also have the customer do a tracert (or traceroute, dependong on the OS) to www.geniisoft.com. This will determine whether the customer has a DNS issue or a routing issue.
