Support forum has been cleaned up - especially older posts

A few customers have complained that searches on the Support Forum sometimes turn up results that look like they might be helpful, but which cannot be opened.  This is mostly due to the migration from a much older template to the OpenNTF template, with some fields not properly converted.  In any case, all documents should work, and they should also contain their original authors, rather than saying my name if I had edited and re-saved them.  Please let me know if you find any problems.
