Genii Software - Coexistence solutions a rich text tools

Midas and CoexEdit help create Lotusphere Sessions DB

Creating the Lotusphere 2005 Sessions db required HTML importing, rich text data mining, complex text formatting, remote web editing and more, but with Genii Software's own Midas Rich Text LSX and CoexEdit web editing coexistence tool, it was no problem turning out the popular and often downloaded database.

Midas Rich Text LSX Helps TLCC Deliver Courses

Geniisoft had the product that allowed us to move a Notes database into a series of HTML pages. This allowed us to move our courses (which were delivered as a Notes database) to WebSphere Studio so the students can take our course using WebSphere Studio Help.

Genisoft's product allowed us to deliver to our customers an entirely new group of courses. We can develop a course using Notes and then push a button and move that course into WebSphere Studio.

Focus on Australia

Down under, Lotus Notes/Domino have been big news for a long time. Known for their independent spirit and willingness to go outside the box, the Aussies are also snapping up Midas licenses. A few recent sales:

Computer Systems Australia (CSA) is a major provider of Information Technology (IT) services to clients Australia wide. CSA uses Midas to export Notes document to MS Word with great control over rendering and disposition of images and attachments.

BankWest bought Midas to enhance a document management system with better control over doclinks.

MYI uses Midas Rich Text LSX to perform programmatic search and replace in rich text

McLarens Young International is a global company focusing on claims management, loss adjusting and risk assessment for the world's insurance markets. Their Australian office has recently licensed the Midas Rich Text LSX for use in programmatic search & replace in rich text. Seems like a good risk assessment to us.

Focus on Europe

Europe has long been a strong region for Genii Software products. A few recent examples:

Based in Sweden, Fritidsresor is the Nordic region's largest tour operator, and they recently purchased licenses for the Midas Rich Text LSX. Maybe they plan to take a tour through the rich text assets of their company. Who knows?

pcP Information und Kommunikation GmbH in Germany doesn't just use the Midas Rich Text products, it builds them into its own pcP Textmanagement product. Leveraging our strengths to enhance their own product has proved a winning collaboration.

InForM provides support and development services to customers throughout France and Luxemburg on a variety of Notes platforms and releases. They specialize with portal solutions using Notes/Domino for both the web and intranets, and they use the Midas Rich Text LSX to build the solutions and bridge the gaps between releases.

Scientific Application Group, with a presence across Europe, is not a new customer, having first used the Midas Rich Text LSX in 2001, but they recently upgraded their systems to ND6 and a high priority was upgrading to a Midas Rich Text LSX version that supported their Notes & Domino environment.
