I bought a copy just before Lotusphere, but before I get all involved, does anybody have advice about the best formats for short on-line demos.  These would not be full length tutorials with a lot of action, just short snippets for now showing what the sample dbs do so that each sample db can have a quickie demo to show people what to expect and whether to bother.  Should these be saved as AVIs or something else?  Are there any special lessons you have learned the hard way?

Also, any demos you would especially like to see?  We are always eager to please.
