Microsoft is learning from the success of Wikipedia, and is adding the ability for users to suggest edits and changes, and point out bias, in all of Encarta's articles.  While not implemented as a true wiki, since changes have to be checked and verified before being made, the spirit of collaborative editing is there.  Very cool to see that spirit spreading.
